This energy healing through reiki method, is done via hand positions, there can be hands on or hands off approach to this, according to what is comfortable to the person receiving the treatment. Crystals are used for the balancing of the chakras, and sometimes other areas. Body alignment practice is tapped in through energy of the person using muscle technique/pendulum, this gives us a better understanding on the meridians of the body that are off balance and the lateral part of the body. The physical manifestations as well as emotions that are attached to these are then picked up in this session. General Reiki session, crystal healing, body alignment and energy reading. This is to help form an overall picture of what feelings/emotions you are finding hard to deal with but, it also gives a good idea of what area is necessary for focus such as physical, emotional or spiritual.
