MY PATH TO NERVOUS SYSTEM WORK
I’ve always been driven. Early in life, I learned how to meet expectations, perform academically, and appear composed on the outside. But from the outside in, my body was saying something very different.
In 2020, when the world paused, I finally had the space to notice what my nervous system had been holding. In that stillness, I reconnected with something from my childhood: music, not pop songs, but the familiar vibrations of a lullaby I fell asleep to as a kid. In that moment I realised: sound wasn’t just comfort, it was regulatory.
This wasn’t metaphor. It was physiological.
That revelation guided me into deep, intentional study, not just in creative sound, but in how music and vibration interact with the nervous system.
My training now includes:
• Clinical Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT); a structured, evidence-informed approach to support psychological regulation where appropriate.
• Therapeutic Sound & Music Practice, applying sound and music intentionally as a nervous system intervention.
• Breath-Based Regulation Methods, functional breathwork practices that stabilise autonomic state.
Rather than rushing toward quick fixes, I focus first on stabilising the nervous system. Once the body can regulate, everything else; clarity, resilience, recovery becomes possible.
MY APPROACH
At the heart of my work is the belief that optimisation begins with regulation.
This happens through:
• Guided Sound Immersions, structured sessions using therapeutic sound and intentional music to support nervous system regulation
• Breath-Based Regulation Practices, functional breathing that stabilises autonomic tone
• Psychologically Informed Integration, structured RTT-based work where appropriate, only once regulation capacity has been strengthened
• Personalised Sound Prescriptions, sound and music recordings tailored for ongoing support
Regulation first. Optimisation follows.

I believe that when structured regulation meets intentional experience, we enable people to function with more:

Not by pushing harder, but by regulating deeper.
