When functioning isn't the same as feeling well

You keep going. Work gets done, people are looked after, the day gets handled.

But underneath, your body has been on alert for too long, and it shows up as pain that won't settle, energy that runs out first and stress that never quite switches off.

Pain

When the body stays braced. Steady, low sound helps ease the threat signalling that keeps pain loud.

Fatigue

When energy runs out first. Rhythm and gentle pacing help restore stamina without draining what is left.

Stress

When the alarm won't switch off. Warm, low-brightness sound helps the nervous system downshift.

An 8-week journey back to balance

Live online, small-group sessions that teach you to use sound, light breath and simple psychological skills. Each week pairs a 90–120-minute class with a 60-minute sound session, and you finish with a personal sound toolkit and a soundtrack created just for you.

How it works

Three tools work together in every session. Sound does most of the work, while light breath and simple psychological skills help the changes last. Each week brings one 90–120-minute class and one 60-minute sound session.

Sound

The core of every session. Drones, rhythm and warm textures shift your state quickly, with little effort, even on hard days.

Breath

Light and always optional. Short patterns open the door and make the body more receptive to sound.

RTT & psychology

Rapid Transformational Therapy, mindfulness and self-compassion help the changes last between sessions.

Meet Kerry

“You don't need to fix something if it's not broken. You just need to know how to regulate your nervous system.”

I'm Kerry Sue Muller, a therapeutic sound and music practitioner, Clinical RTT therapist and founder of The Subliminal Self. I created Mapping the Sound Body™ for people who are busy, capable and quietly running on empty, to give them tools that work even on the hard days.
